Leisure time is not something easily accessible for everyone which makes TV shows, movies, and even books difficult to catch up on. For entertainment that can be squeezed into busy workdays or available during commutes on public transportation, webtoons might be your new BFF. Much the same as comics or manga, webtoons have a panel format with text bubble dialogue to read vertically on digital devices. Each chapter will only take about 5-10 minutes of your time and creators normally post updates weekly or bi-weekly. Another wonderful aspect of getting into webtoons is that you can discover a myriad of stories and genres without drowning in multi-episode seasons or 2+ hour commitments.

I'm currently subscribed to about 25-30 webtoons and narrowed down the ones I find the most charming. If you're looking to follow any of the artists working on these, usually their social media accounts are attached to the bottom of each chapter of their uploads. Enjoy!
